Join me, Ashly Collins, for a unique, hands-on styled maternity session on the beach. We will be exploring Amelia Island Beach with gorgeous maternity models in this absolutely breath-taking environment! I will walk you through how editorial shooting has unleashed a new found creativity in my photography work by allowing me to uniquely capture styled maternity portraiture. We will then talk briefly about how to plan and organize a styled shoot, including what to keep in mind when approaching vendors and how to bring your vision to life! Next we will then jump right in to posing, shooting tips, how to get creative with light, movement, and water, and finally how to shoot with a publication in mind. (Hint: There are some secrets you MUST know!) We will move into smaller groups and do hands-on shooting with the models while I continue to demonstrate how to engage a client, create connection with one person, how communication plays a huge role in your photography, and how to unleash the magic in your portraiture.
